Google Maps is not just for giving you turn-by-turn directions to get to your destination anymore. The new, re-vamped version of the Google Maps app now allows users to leave reviews for their favorite local businesses!
Also now available (for Android users only, currently) is the option to be re-routed to a faster route, mid-navigation. The app will anticipate traffic conditions and will display a message onscreen that says “Faster route now available,” accompanied by the estimated time that you will save and the alternate route you will take. Users have the choice to tap “Reroute” or “No thanks.”
