Data We Collect and How We Use It
We do not collect personal information from this website (www.reviewinc.com) except to the extent you voluntarily provide it as part of an inquiry or other contact to this site. This information is used only as necessary to respond to such inquiry. Personal information collected by ReviewInc is generally used for the purpose for which it is collected or as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy.
We also collect information using cookies and log files that may collect your information such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, Services type, date/time stamp, and the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and keystrokes within the site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. The log files are used by utility tracking software to analyze user movement. Information Retention
ReviewInc will retain personal information, Client and business information for as long as it is needed to provide services requested; to communicate with you about a request you have made; to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to demonstrate compliance, and to enforce ReviewInc’s rights and agreements. All geolocational data is retained for no more than 24 hours.
We Do Not Share Your Personal Information
We do not share personal information with third parties unless it is necessary to comply with the law, in response to a good faith belief it is necessary to protect our rights or property or the rights of third parties, or to any successor or purchaser in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution or sale of assets.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our service providers process personal information on our behalf in order to assist with providing and improving the Services, customer service, and our own marketing and sales.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to safeguard and protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. This includes utilizing software which encrypts the personal information you input, and storing your information in encrypted form behind a firewall designed to block access from outside our network.
